From Writing Code to Running the Show
I got my start the way a lot of consultants didn't: actually building things. Twenty years of shipping web projects taught me what works, what breaks, and why most e-commerce decisions go sideways.
Then I switched sides. Seven years as CEO gave me a crash course in what it's really like to make big calls under pressure – hiring, budgets, strategy, the works. Today I run digitalsprung, a 15-person agency, while consulting on the side.
I also spent 7 years doing online marketing in financial services – basically a boot camp in performance metrics, conversion optimization, and making every euro count. That mix of hands-on technical chops, executive experience, and commercial instinct is what I bring to the table.
With a business degree focused on IT, I'm fluent in both worlds. I can talk shop with your dev team in the morning and present to your board in the afternoon. Think of me as a translator between technology, operations, and the business.
What I Care About
Cutting Through Complexity
Making messy systems simple enough to actually understand – and act on.
Results You Can Measure
No fluff. Every recommendation needs to move the needle.
Building Strong Teams
Helping people level up and own their work.
Independence Over Dependency
My job is to make myself unnecessary. I want you running things yourself.
